```Job Summary:```
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team.
```Duties:```
- Manage and coordinate day to day operating procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Assist with coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Assist with Construction Tender Process, Contracts, Insurance and Monthly Billing Procedures
- Assist with collection of vendor Invoices and inputting into Accounting software. (Sage / Quickbooks)
```Experience:```
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong clerical skills and proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with payroll processing and record keeping
- Knowledge of office procedures and phone systems
- Experience in Contracts for Construction Billing
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
