Kindersley Transport Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their Regina, SK location.
This position is Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00am.
Responsibilities
- Arrange appointment times for all inbound shipments requiring same utilizing Centreline
- Create and distribute daily appointment list and coordinate appointment times with dispatch and dock to ensure they are viable
- Contact customers requiring appointments via phone, email, etc.
- Ensure proper authority obtained prior to any purchasing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Communicate with dock supervisors on all OS&D freight to resolve issues
- File manifests daily

Qualifications
- Knowledge of the trucking industry
- Excellent computer skills, with a typing speed of 50 wpm
- Experience with Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
