Job Description:

This role will be instrumental in driving sales, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our seed products to farmers, agricultural businesses, and distributors.
- Plan Seed and Input trials for Farm and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, answering inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team to create promotional materials, plan marketing and advertising campaigns and participate in industry events to showcase our seed products.
- Plan and coordinate Grower field days and meetings.
- Assist in Seed coating, treating, and packaging operations.
- Monitor market trends to stay informed about the agricultural seed industry.
- Coordinate delivery/loading of Seed and Input products.
- Coordinate and lead Field Scouting operations.
- Assist in order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in seed sales or a related agricultural sales role.
- Strong understanding of seed, agronomy, and farming practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
