What You’ll Do…
- Coach your team to deliver on the customer experience every time
- Achieve and exceed all targets for the Area and Region for a balanced dashboard
- Embrace and implement change as needed for business success
- Influence behavior to develop and strengthen the retail culture within the Area - create the environment for success. As well as in the overall Region
- Be a change agent in championing changes to your Area and Region
- Maximizing customer experience scores and building customer loyalty within the Area and Region
- Maximize store profitability and Area's Operating Income target.
- Develop a top sales team and foster a culture of growth and development
- Support the recruitment efforts of your store managers
Who You Are…
- 3-5 years management experience, in a multi-unit or big box retail environment
- Post secondary Degree or Diploma in Business
- Proven expertise in leading a team and coaching for success
- Proven developer of leadership talent
- Proven sales success within a multi-site format
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Effective people management skills
- Strong business acumen
- Passion for results and the retail industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel 75% to the retail locations within your Area
