Customer Service Assistant
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
-Assist in managing social media accounts as well as other potential marketing channels
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer information and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
