Customer Service Assistant

Duties
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Your duties will include:

• Follow-up with customers through phone, text and/or email.
• Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Calling, screening and booking appointments
• Acknowledging and resolving patient concerns
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the Customer Service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities, particularly in French, are desirable
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutions

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
