Job Description:
The successful candidate will ensure the facility is a safe place for children to learn and play. Responsibilities include managing staff, communicating with parents, and providing general support to the Facility Director.
Ensure the implementation of a developmentally appropriate program through the review of program plans, and the active participation and observation of program activities.
Provide staff and children's schedules and track attendance
Monitoring supplies and classroom documents.
Oversee kitchen operations including supplies
Staff supervision
Parent communications
Oversee the parent volunteer program
Daily attendance tracking.
Assisting Facility Director with payroll and bookkeeping as needed.
