We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a minimum of two years experience in customer service to join our fast-paced environment. The Assistant Manager will perform various administrative duties and is responsible for handling all customer relations in a courteous and timely manner. The ideal candidate for this position has exceptional time management skills and an outgoing personality.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with day-to-day operations
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries or redirect as necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, organizing office space, and maintaining equipment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
