We are looking for a high performing team member. If you are a motivated CDA, HID or HIS with excellent communication, positive attitude and interpersonal skills, then we would like to speak with you. Experience in a Hearing clinic is a big asset.
Responsibilities include:
· Keeping the clinics organized and ready for the clients.
· Assisting clients over the phone or in-person.
· Entering client data, booking appointments, and reminding clients for upcoming appointments
· Counselling clients on hearing related issues and answering their questions.
· Billing insurance and patient accounts.
· Assisting in clinical work.
· Maintaining patient confidentiality and working with confidential records.
· Hearing aid technician duties.
· Filing and document maintenance.
· Community outreach
Applicant must have:
· Relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment, providing a high degree of patient care
· Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
· Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good computer skills in word processing and spreadsheets.
· Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities
· Attention to detail.
· Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work effectively and independently.
