Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Generate repair orders and schedule appointments for service technicians
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed
- Upsell additional services or products to customers when appropriate
- Process customer payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive dealership or repair shop
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset
