Bakery Assistant

```Duties```
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items such as pancakes, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Operate kitchen equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Decorate pancakes and pastries with icing, frosting, and other toppings
- Package finished bakery products for display or sale
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: From $15.00 per hour
