Position Duties:

• Provide outstanding customer service with frequent customer contact and high visibility in the dining room.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure that all items served meet our high standards.
• Responsible for enquiring about the guest’s experience in a sincere and caring manner and notifying a manager or shift lead immediately if a negative guest experience is identified.
• Responsible for greeting and thanking each and every guest in a sincere manner.
• Ensure that all checklists and cleaning schedules are followed as the cleanliness of the dining room and service areas are a top priority.
• Ensure that customers are aware of current and upcoming features, events and promotions.
• Assist with the training and development of new employees if required.
• Responsible for handling cash.
• Adhere to all company standards, policies and procedures.
• The cleanliness of the entire restaurant, exterior and parking areas are a top priority and all team members are expected to work together to ensure the cleanliness of these areas.

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualification requirements:

• 2 years bartending experience
• Be able to work positively within a team environment.
• Be able to work weekdays, evenings and weekend shifts.
• Serving It Right
• BC Lotto Certification
