Job Summary:
Our Reservation Centre is seeking Customer Service Representatives. We are looking for customer service-driven individuals who are enthusiastic, high achieving, curious, team players to join our dynamic, diverse culture and goal-driven company. The Customer Service Representative will be the ambassador of the company by providing exceptional client experience and helping them decide what is best suited to their storage needs. Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming inquiries for past and current StorageVault Canada clients.
· Identify the needs of the clients by thoroughly listening and probing to provide the best possible solution to their queries.
· Meet and exceed the different service-oriented Key Performance Indicators.
· Promotes the value of our company for repeat business.
· Be flexible to adapt to the changing needs of the business
· Comply with the company policies as outlined in the HR policy.
· Comply with customer service procedure that is aligned to the quality specifics.
Who are we looking for:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer service.
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call center.
· Secondary education is required.
· Proficient computer skills and ability which allow you to use computers and related technology. Typically, basic computer skills include word processing, managing computer files, and creating presentations. Advanced computer skills include managing databases and running calculations in spreadsheets.
· Ability to multi-task, and adapt to a fast phase environment.
· Fluently bilingual French/English is an asset
· Sales experience is an asset.
