Bookkeeper

```Job Summary:``` We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks. ```Duties:``` - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Prepare financial statements and reports for management review - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data - Process payroll and maintain employee records - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes ```Skills:``` - Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices - Experience with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation - Ability to process payroll accurately and efficiently - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, we encourage you to apply for this position.
