Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and is proficient in accounting software. Duties: - Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Conduct bank reconciliations on a regular basis - Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Assist with the preparation of tax returns - Provide support during audits Experience: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) - Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures - Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Good communication and interpersonal skills If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and finance, we would love to hear from you.
