BPO Operations Manager

A CGI procura um BPO Operations Manager para liderar e gerir um serviço no setor de Energia.
Será responsável por liderar e gerir iniciativas estratégicas assim como otimizar processos, melhorar a eficiência operacional e garantir a satisfação do cliente.

•Mínimo 12º ano de escolaridade;
•Licenciatura (preferencial);
•Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções similares, em operações de BPO (de preferência na área de Energia & Utilities);
•Conhecimento sólido de processos operacionais no setor de energia;
•Capacidade de construir relacionamentos sólidos com clientes e equipas internas;
•Facilidade de comunicação;
•Sentido de responsabilidade;
•Orientação para o cliente;
• Disponibilidade imediata.
