Compensation & Hours:
- This will be a fulltime, permanent position
- The rate of pay is expected to be $100K/year - $120K/year
- Located in Taber, AB
Position Summary:
- Managing daily operations of the branch ensuring performance metrics are met and customers are served in a timely manor
- Ensuring compliance with company values and policies by all levels of staff
- Addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Working with the HR division to recruit, hire, and onboard staff
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback for staff
- Creating, monitoring, and presenting branch budgets ensuring accurate reporting and corrective action as needed
- Driving revenue growth, profitability, and development through sales and community outreach
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in a management role, including the management of a parts and service department
- Experience working with Heavy Duty Equipment
- Ability to hold staff accountable to company values and policies in a respectful manner
- Enthusiasm for working with others and helping develop staff members
- Must be willing to relocate or already live in Taber
