Branch Manager

We are committed to providing superior customer service to the oilfield markets of Western Canada. Apex is currently seeking a Branch Manager for the Edson, Alberta location. This successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with strong leadership qualities to manage the operations in this busy results-oriented branch.

We are looking for a positive team player that will maintain and promote positive relationships with employees, customers, and vendors, and will align with the overall growth vision of Apex.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading an experienced team and maximizing profits within the parameters of the sales and expense budgets. He/She will have the overall responsibility for safety at their location by creating a safe work environment and supporting the Company Safety Program.

Some duties include:

• Effectively leading, motivating and training employees with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
• Ensuring customer service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction is maximized.
• Developing, managing, and nurturing new and existing business accounts and partnerships to accomplish profit and volume goals.

Salary is negotioble and commiseratewith experience. In addition ,Apex Distribution has an attractive bonus program formulated on branch results and perfomance.

Salary: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
