Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in Business Development or sales role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry
