THE JOB: Business Services Administrator, based in Calgary, AB
The purpose of this role is to support the effectiveness and productivity of the BRITT RADIUS' business operations.

Key tasks include:
- Providing quality service to BRITT RADIUS' internal and external customers while upholding our values; liaising between business operations and general operations
- Office Support
- Executing and monitoring of efficient and effective office processes, supplies, logistics and health & safety administration
- Information Systems: maintaining phone systems, office equipment and collaborating with IT support vendor(s) for the Team
- Data Entry, Data Management & Clerical Support: internal documents, training materials, etc.
- Supporting the Business Operations Manager and CEO
- Supporting the Land Operations Team (client projects) and VP, with project administrative tasks
- Attending meetings, taking notes
- Assisting in event planning
- Staying on top of commitments, follow ups, reminders and research
REQUIRED: 3+ years of experience in a similar role • Post secondary education is considered an asset • Familiarity with business management procedures • General knowledge of business practices and legislation • Strong aptitude for current and emerging technology • Consistent with the planned execution of tasks with high accuracy, organization and detail • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, autonomous, high-pressure environment • Be an amazing problem solver and possess problem assessment skills • Excellent customer relation skills role • Reside in or around Calgary, Alberta • Experience in Office 365 applications especially SharePoint, Teams, Word, Teams, Excel • Excellent communication skills and comfortable communicating with internal team, clients, external stakeholders • Authentic personality and natural sense of curiosity • High EQ.
Additional Information:
BRITT RADIUS has a hybrid working model. This role does not need to be in the office every day. Most work will be in the office and office attendance will be required; some tasks can be completed remotely. Typical hours are M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm, however occasional evening or weekend time may be needed. The position is flexible, with consideration that the work is accomplished and fits within the typical hour guidelines.
This position is hourly paid, estimating between 30-40 hours per week.
