Job Overview:
As a Call Center Agent for our Architecture, Engineering & Design firm, you will be the first point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders seeking information, assistance, or support.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
- Answer incoming calls from clients and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, demonstrating a clear understanding of architectural and engineering concepts.
Client Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences with the firm's services and communication.
- Document feedback and escalate issues or concerns to the appropriate departments.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Generate reports on Call Center metrics and performance as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of windows base systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $22.90-$27.10 per hour
