Full time (currently WFH with potential for HYBRID in the future)

$19.23/hour to start

Our customer service agents receive very high satisfaction scores from our membership and we are looking for someone with great customer service aptitude to join us!

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR – A BIT ABOUT YOU!

When you join Modo’s Member Care Team of agents, you’re part of a top-rated team who serves our membership as the first point of contact for any customer service related needs – from joining and making carsharing bookings, to helping with invoicing and billing questions, all the way to assisting with closing accounts.

This team is unionized under Unifor Local 3000 and the position offers great hourly wages starting at $19.23/hour and a stable, shift-based work schedule. Our agents currently all work at home, and soon will enjoy a hybrid of home-based and office-based shifts so that we can get back to in-person interactions.

We are hiring full-time positions. The shifts will be between 9am and 9pm and includes both Saturdays and Sundays and weekdays.

We’d love to hear from you if you’ve shown you:

  • have 12 months (min) of call center customer service experience
  • provide exceptional levels of service, problem resolution, and product knowledge
  • use a variety of web-based applications such as CRMs and chat applications
  • maintain database integrity and data quality
  • record and manage all information in a detailed and accurate manner
  • communicate efficiently through email and work proficiently with MS Office suite
  • navigate Google maps
  • be comfortable with the basics of driving a vehicle and the rules of the road
  • understand the soft skills needed to be polite and professional at all times

And we’d love to know how you demonstrate these attributes that are just as important to succeed as part of our team:

  • a pleasant and professional phone manner, and ability to interact in-person with all members of the public
  • great communication skills – verbal and written
  • personal initiative to prioritize requests
  • the ability to work effectively and independently
  • front-line customer service experience
  • major bonus points if you have a working understanding of the concept and practice of carsharing
