The position is located at our head office in Brampton at 160 Main St. South. All qualified applicants will be considered; however, only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.

PRIMARY DUTIES

As an Inbound Sales Agent you will:

• Have a passion for helping people feel confident in their body
• Effectively communicate how our treatments work and how they can help our clients
• Develop a rapport with our clients over phone, text, email, chat etc. with understanding, patience and excellent customer service
• Be able to work with a multi system monitor set up with ease and handle competing priorities
• Proven ability to achieve targets and be goal oriented
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Maintain a level-headed approach under pressure
• Ability to handle escalated situations with a calm demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
