Responsibilities:
-Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
-Coordinate and oversee audits, tax filings, and compliance with regulatory agencies.
-Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
-Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
-Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives.
-Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
-Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; -CPA certification is a must.
-Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or finance, preferably in the automotive industry.
-Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and integrity.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
