SalaryChiropractic and Wellness Clinic in Langley City looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to work Saturdays. We are a multidisciplinary clinic with 3 chiropractors, a registered massage therapist and an acupuncturist.
Duties include greeting patients, taking payments, billing insurance, scheduling appointments, taking phone calls, answering emails/texts, some administrative work, and some light cleaning.
We are looking for someone who works well with the public and is comfortable with computer work. Previous experience working in a health care office is helpful, but not necessary.
Work hours are Saturdays 9am-4pm. If you are available to cover the occasional weekday shift, that is helpful.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Health Care office procedures is a plus
