Driver Services Clerk

Join our dynamic team as a Driver Services Clerk. You will work with our team in Driver Services to assist them in ensuring that all driver and fleet information is documented and organized, and assisting to troubleshoot issues.

Key Accountabilities

• Document and organize driver and fleet data

• Assist supervisor with any documentations

• Advise driver via two-way radio and text communication

• Troubleshoot issues and seek resolution to avoid delays

• Ensure all fleet information is current and up to date

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in the Transportation industry an asset

• Experience working with computerized dispatch systems, LoadLink, GPS Tracking, PCMiler software an asset

• Knowledge of Canadian and US geography

• Understanding of the transportation industry
