Job Description

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is now hiring Client Care Specialists for our Kanata facility located at 145 Roland Michener Dr. We are looking for fun, friendly, outgoing individuals who love working with children 4 months and older. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum 2 years customer service experience. However, candidates with general customer service experience and a passion for customer service are welcome to apply. Client Service Specialist Staff Job Responsibilities and Requirements are as Follows:

· Greet parents and students as they enter the facility and make them feel at home

· Responsible for new client registration/sales

· Answer phones, respond to enquiries, take messages and conduct phone calls in a professional manner

· Check-in students on the attendance tracking system

· Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area

· Have Intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems

· Be knowledgeable in regard to parent questions regarding progression and Aqua-Tots curriculum

· Relate well to children, parents, team members, and have superior communication skills

· Resolve client concerns using a professional approach

· Flexible schedule – candidates must have some availability to work weekdays between 8:30am and 8:30pm and weekends between 7:15am and 6:00pm

· Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings

· Must pass a background check

· High school diploma required, but will train the right person with a combination of work experience and completed courses

· Become a leader within the school to assist in future trainings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.55-$19.00 per hour
