Client Care Billings Specialist

Your Role At A Glance: As a Client Care Billings Specialist, your responsibilities will include balancing accounts between insurers and clients, entering data into our Client Management Database system with precision, reconciling accounts, and investigating any discrepancies to ensure records are accurate. You will also be responsible for performing other administrative duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization.

You will liaise with clients and insurance representatives, so clear, concise language is necessary. You will be privy to sensitive information, which means maintaining confidentiality is paramount. Possessing solid attention to detail and the ability to take meticulous notes is a prerequisite in our fast-paced and ever-evolving industry. As you will be using these tools daily, we require you to have a working knowledge of computers and software in this role (including Word, Excel, and Client Management Databases). Bilingualism would be considered an asset. If you have prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment such as bookkeeping, recordkeeping, pharmacy, dental office, or a related field, we would love to hear from you.
