Client Care Receptionist

Office Hours: 9am-5pm

Job Description:

• You will be the first point of contact and will be required to provide professional administrative support across the Firm
• You will welcome guests and greet people who visit
• Coordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls and scheduling events.
• You will also be assisting law clerks at the firm with putting together physical court pleadings and managing DocuSign with clients
• Solely responsible for the opening and closing procedures for client files

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 1-year relevant customer service experience. Prior personal injury experience will be a major asset
• The ability to both multi-task and take initiative to work independently will be a key success factor in this role

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.55-$25.21 per hour

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
