JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients looking for photography services
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
- Assist customers with navigating our online ordering system GotPhoto
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Utilize our Pixifi CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account management role
- Strong knowledge of automation, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience in customer service is critical
- Proficient in using Pixifi or CRM systems to manage customer relationships
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
