Veterinary Client Care Specialist - Office Administration

Georgian Bay Equine Veterinary Services is looking for a motivated, lead Client Care Specialistto join our team in beautiful Clarksburg, Ontario. This is a Full-Time Position,

We are a 3 vet, equine only practice, dedicated to providing progressive, high-quality care throughout the Grey/Simcoe Region. We have both an ambulatory and in-clinic part of our practice, which means lots of moving parts!

We are looking for an experienced, confident individual who loves helping our clients. This is a role for someone with experience in veterinary Office Administration, or a similar healthcare field like a physician’s or dental office, who is comfortable working on their own or in a team setting. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are an asset, training will be provided on our Practice Management Software.

Duties would include:

- Answering the phone, managing E-mail and attending to client needs throughout the day

- Booking appointments

- Managing team communication

- Various office administrative tasks, inventory, etc.
