We are looking for an experienced Client Manager to join our Kemptville team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing support and advice on a variety of topics, and ensuring that customer needs are met. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues that arise.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to clients on progress and performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop marketing plans to promote products or services to clients.
