SalaryWe are looking for an experienced Client Manager to join our Kemptville team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing support and advice on a variety of topics, and ensuring that customer needs are met. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues that arise.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to clients on progress and performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop marketing plans to promote products or services to clients.
