About This Opportunity
The organization is located out of Gatekeeper's head office in Abbotsford, BC. The Client Services Coordinator assists in the achievement of quarterly Sales goals by interfacing with end users, dealers, regional sales managers and internal staff. This position is responsible for various administrative functions related to sales and operations, such as order processing, travel arrangements, expense reporting and collateral fulfillment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- On-going customer contact through calls and emails (incoming and outgoing)
- Quote fulfillment
- Advise Professional Services of Extended Warranty purchase orders
- Ensure deviations from the current Price List are acknowledged with a quote or other backup documentation prior to processing order
- Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
- Process any miscellaneous shipments (non-order related)
- Maintain CRM database and ensure all notes from conversations are up to date
- Maintain filing
- Other duties as required
Skills & Qualifications
- Office Administration or Business Administration diploma or equivalent experience of 1-2 years office experience
- Basic computer skills required, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with a contact management database an asset
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Spanish and French language skills an asset
