Description
The Client Service Coordinator -Analyst-1 is an entry level position where the primary function is to support the overall Client Service team and its daily operations. The role requires a basic/generalized understanding of the Line of Business’ model and its related products, processes and functions of various team member within the unit(s) that the team collaborates with. The Client Service Coordinator-Analyst 1 is expected to work closely with their immediate colleagues, mainly Client Service Specialists, as needed to support daily administrative clerical functions from receipt and distribution of mail/email to digital imaging of documents. It will also include support duties for handling of Client Service calls and emails as needed.
Their key responsibilities to include some or all of the following:
• Screening/Distributing emails to various team members for actioning
• Sorting and scanning incoming mail for distribution to various team members for handling
• Printing completed correspondence from the Document Generation system for clients
• Preparing client documents for mailing with appropriate summary forms or other forms as required
• Searching the system for client information as it pertains to Returned Mail
• Calling clients for new address or new payment information
• Client communication via phone and email
• Updating simple payment information using set parameters
Salary: starting from $49,000
