In this position, you will have an opportunity to work and manage relationships with some of the world’s leading brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a high level of customer service in which dedicated support and interaction with our clients is the focal point. This is to include processing internal and external requests associated with the client
  • In addition, this position will work with our technical group to ensure the quality of work and documentation meets ANAB requirements as well as internal KPI’s
  • In all tasks, ensure quality of data and timelines meet requirements in accordance with scheme and DNV’s ICP and internal KPI’s
  • Coordinate planning efforts within the customer audit cycle while meeting requirements. This will include coordination between auditor, client, and global scheduling units
  • Issue and maintain certificates based on verifying information in the database
  • Enter and maintain all related data into a multi system database
  • Work with management to track the audit progression based on the scheme rules and client requests
  • Review audit data and update multi system database to account for the changes impacting the clients’ certifications
  • Assist with resolving questions/conflicts regarding the Certification Process
  • Maintain lines of communication internally with DNV’s Sales Team, Technical Team, Auditors, Accounting Teams, and Managers
  • Consistently meet key metrics - KPI’s related to scheduling and planning, response time internally and externally, and Reports

About you

What is Required

  • 5+ years administrative experience
  • 3+ years experience relating to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001. Additional scheme knowledge is helpful
  • 3+ years of proven high level customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • We conduct pre-employment background screening


Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Certification Body Problem Solving Process Training
  • 17021 Training
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
