Dimensions Centre Inc. is a recently established clinic located in Kanata, Ontario. Specializing in neurodiversities, mental health, pediatrics, and caregiver support, our clinic is proud to be neurodiversity-affirming, providing a wide range of services such as health services, psychotherapy, mental health counseling, respite, tutoring, group therapy, and education programs. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Oversee the intake process for new and returning clients
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients, addressing basic questions and concerns
- Ensure that rooms are clean and prepared with the appropriate resources for the next client(s)
- Assist clinicians in administering assessment tools and screenings to patients
- Designing educational material for social skills courses
- Developing and implementing new workshops and services for the clinic based on the needs of clients
- Implement data collection methods to track program outcomes, client progress, and overall program effectiveness.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including staff, budget, and materials, to ensure the smooth functioning of mental health programs.
- And any other clinical tasks as seen necessary

Qualifications:

- A Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Experience working with children in a clinical setting (asset)
- Bilingualism French/English (preferred)
- Post secondary education in psychology, nursing, social work, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, or related field.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanata, ON K2K 3B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
