Form of workThe Speech-Language Pathology Program at Pepperdine University seeks a candidate for Clinical Coordinator for its developing online graduate program - the Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for leading the clinical education component of the program, including but not limited to, making external clinical site placements, overseeing students on their clinical rotations, and managing Calipso. Additionally, the Clinical Coordinator will assist the Associate Program Director in managing the clinical components of the students’ on-campus immersive learning experiences. The successful candidate should have an earned master’s or terminal degree (academic or clinical doctorate) in speech-language pathology, communication disorders, or a closely related field, current CCC-SLP and SLP license in the state of California, strong administrative skill set, and demonstrated commitment to student success. Preferred qualifications include experience in SLP clinical education/supervision and student mentorship.
The Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology Program plans to enroll its first cohort of students in Fall 2025 (pending accreditation). Review of candidates will begin immediately and continue on a rolling basis until the position is filled. Employment start date is May 1, 2024. Preference will be given for local candidates.

The salary for this 12-month appointment will range from $115,000 to $145,000 and reflects what Pepperdine reasonably expects to pay for this faculty appointment.
