Primary Care Program Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Director/Physician, oversee project planning and coordination, manage document handling within the Electronic Medical Records system, and facilitate community projects. Additionally, they will manage resource allocation, budgeting, and maintain relationships with various local Knowledge Keepers/Elders.
Role Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Coordinate meetings for Committees, Program Leaders, and Director, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
2. Possess experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial management.
3. Plan and execute administrative events, special projects etc.
4. Serve as a liaison between the Director and external entities associated with Aisokinaki Clinic.
5. Handle general office administration, document management, and some HR procedures.
6. Collaborate with the clinic staff and Medical Director for effective document sharing and record-keeping.
7. Lead program planning by setting timelines, contacting facilitators, managing event logistics, and public relations.
8. Allocate local resources efficiently, build relationships with community knowledge keepers, and manage budgets effectively.
9. Maintain positive relationships with departments, clients, and families, ensuring their needs are met promptly and orderly.
10. Facilitate community projects that enhance wellness, potentially involving land-based learning or client-suggested activities.
11. Attending planned programs is required.
