Anytime Fitness (Squamish) is looking for an ambitious and competitive Club Manager who will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others.

Passion for the fitness industry some responsibilities include:

· Oversight of the entire club membership and facility including operational and financial responsibilities, back-end reporting and management of member needs.

· Management of a team and driving results through motivation and club culture to ensure overall club goals are met.

· Responsible for the implementation of company policies and new initiatives as required.

· Responsible for staff hiring, training and development, performance management, annual staff performance reviews, coaching and progressive discipline focused on customer service.

· New member acquisition through guerilla and digital marketing, community outreach, and one-on-one sales

· Respond to emergencies and alarms when necessary.

· Assisting and/or dealing with member complaints to improve customer experience.

· Creating and executing KPI's/Smart objectives in a timely manner for personal development, training and improving daily operations.

· Completing daily and monthly reports and performing weekly quality audits focused on service delivered by staff and monthly facility reports.

· Responsible for staff scheduling, payroll, and daily coverage.
