Concrete Plant Operator/Batcher

Concrete Plant Operator/Batcher

```Duties```

-Batch concrete according to mix designs and product specifications

-Operate Concrete Plant batching software to ensure quality concrete production.

-Conduct routine inspections of the batch plant to ensure it is well-maintained and operates within design specifications.

-Manage inventory of raw materials on site and ensure that the bins containing raw materials are full

-Maintain detailed batch records for each concrete mix, including materials used and testing results.

-Coordinate with the plant supervisor for daily production

-Order materials for daily operations.

-Ensure quality of concrete is to standards

-Maintain and organize records and documentation

- Receive calls from customers placing orders while maintaining proper phone etiquette
- Coordinate and schedule concrete trucks, ensuring timely delivery
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes
- Collaborate with drivers, and operations personnel to ensure smooth logistics
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time efficient delivery

```Experience```
- CommandSeries/Command Batch experience an asset
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

-Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
