Contract IT Operations Analyst

Are you a new grad looking for an exciting opportunity in IT? Join Kellanova Canada as an IT Operations Analyst (12 Month Contract). In this role, you will be providing technical and level 2 support for PC and mobile devices as part of a collaborative team! This is an on-site position located in our Canada HQ in Mississauga.
Do you enjoy working cross-functionally? In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our Canadian Headquarters, our sales representatives across the country, our warehouse partners as well as work with IT employees globally.
 
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

-Handling Support Incidents
:
As an IT Operations Analyst, you will be troubleshooting and resolve incidents. You will also be communicating with multiple teams locally and globally across the organization.
-Complete and Manage Change Requests
: You will be managing onboarding, offboarding and relocation requests. This will include deployment/recovery of equipment from end-to-end incl. Image load, configuration, applications, user setup & data retention. Configure hardware (laptop, desktops, mobile devices etc.). Perform End User orientation sessions on hardware and software face-to-face or via remote tools.
-IT Maintenance
: You will maintain our IT Asset tracking system by uploading & validating asset date. You will also maintain any relevant documentation in SharePoint, updating processes & procedures as changes occur.
-Test & Evaluate Global Processes for PC Deployment:
Validate & communicate any issues promptly to global team.
-Support Meeting Room Technology:
This includes video conferencing, projection & audio in our meeting rooms.
 
We’re Looking for Someone With
type="disc"-
-Two-year technical diploma or secondary education in Computer Systems Technology or another related field. Alternatively, College Diploma, GED or international equivalent with relevant work experience.
-In-Depth knowledge gained through installation, configuration & support of:
type="disc"-
-Windows, MS Office 365 apps, Internet Browsers, Active Directory, Windows Server, SCCM/Intune.
-Hardware configuration including PC, mobile devices, meeting rooms, printers etc
-Accountable with attention to detail & logical thinking, to troubleshoot & document issues.
-Actively engage in & manage multiple projects in a fast-paced changing environment.
-Displaying courage, providing feedback & solutions to help deliver & use technology.
