Housekeeper Duties:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas
- Dust furniture and surfaces
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Stock and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
Cook Duties:
- Plan menus and prepare the evening meal to be served family style at 5:30pm. This is a three-course meal of soup or salad followed by a main course of meat (fresh fish always on Fridays and other Catholic Fast Days); potatoes or pasta or rice; two vegetables and a desert made in house or purchased.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen cleaning procedures and food safety guidelines is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary

Salary: Up to $22.00 per hour
