We are currently hiring a Courier Customer Service Representative in Moncton to ensure freight's efficient and effective movement while providing superior service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound / outbound customer calls & emails and communicating with terminals, agents, and other departments
- Booking pick-up and delivery appointments
- Data Entry
- Verifying accuracy of orders and ensuring expectations are captured and understood.
- Updating customer portals
- Identifying and proactively responding to customer needs, inquiries and concerns
- Coordinating resolution of issues with other teams/departments in a timely & professional
- Improve or enhance the Customer’s experience.
Experience/Education:
- Strong background in Customer Service.
- Previous Transportation/Logistics experience considered a strong asset.
- Previous TMW system experience is considered an asset.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and calmly (both written and verbal) to internal and external customers.
- Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service skills and knowledge include identifying customer needs, recognizing when those needs are not being met to the satisfaction of the customer, and proactively taking an appropriate course of action.
