As our service and sales departments continues to grow, we are looking for someone to join our Business Development Team and assist our service and sales teams in managing our customer's experience. The ideal Customer Care Specialist candidate will exhibit and/or be able to give examples of the following core values:

The main responsibilities include:
- Promptly answer phones and emails in a friendly and professional manner, making every reasonable effort to ensure the customer's experience is as pleasant as possible
- Assist with generating appointments for the service and sales departments through timely follow up with our customers
- Assist with greeting customers
- Ensure accuracy of customer information on file
- Management of customer relationship software for both the dealership and Toyota Canada
- Assist with other administrative tasks
- Continual learning and education
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators of the dealership and Toyota Canada
The ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications & requirements:
- Passion for continually improving the guest’s experience
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills with guests and employees
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with a computer-based scheduling environment, customer relationship management software and easily learn new software
- Willingness to continually learn and improve skills
- Valid class G driver’s license with no major convictions
