Position Highlights

Bring your enthusiasm and passion for customer service to our fast-paced Driver Licensing contact Centre!

As a Customer Contact Representative II, you will provide support and information to our customers. In the role, you can expect to assist with a range of enquiries related to Driver Licensing, BC Services Cards, and road safety initiatives. While the topic may vary, our goal is to always provide each customer phenomenal service, as well as complete and accurate information.

Current operational hours are as follows:

Full time training will take place over 14 weeks, starting March 1, 2024, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

After training, your part-time shifts will be within our operational hours: 3-4 days per week.

  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:05 pm
  • Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:05 pm

The position is based out of 910 Government Street, Downtown Victoria.

Position Requirements

As a successful applicant, you will have:

  • Passion for customer service
  • The ability to communicate with others effectively
  • Strong analytical, listening, questioning, and organizational skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Completed grade 12 education or equivalent

Testing Requirements

  • Data Entry
  • Listening Assessment

Position Information

The anticipated number of hires for the next training class is 15.

Work arrangements defined:

  • Resident – you will work at your primary in-office headquarters on all scheduled workdays.
  • Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days per month at your primary in-office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
  • Hybrid 10 – you will work a minimum of 10 days per month at your primary in-office headquarters (typically one week in/one week out or up to 3 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
  • Mobile – you will work remotely or in the field on scheduled workdays within British Columbia, with the requirement to be at your primary on-site headquarters by exception only.
