Hire Position: Customer Service Agent

Permanent, Full-time (35 hr/week, Monday to Friday , 9am to 5 pm with one hour lunch break )

Wage: 25 CAD /hour

Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible

Position available: 1

Main responsibilities:

• Answer and response, in person or on the phone or visa social media, enquiries about immigration and education services from customers.
• Explain the type ,schedule and cost of services offered
• Provide service and other related information to customers and the public concerning services, appointment schedules, rates, and services policies
• Respond to other enquiries and or emergencies situation.
• Report to immigration consultant
• Follow up with potential customers and promote services and sales
• Promote new services and sales to existing clients
• Investigate complaints and make record regarding immigration and education services.
• Arrange for refunds, exchange and credit for cancelled or terminated services
• Receive customer’s payments, issue invoice and receipt
• Update clients record, accounts, initiate billing
• Take customer orders and request for services.
• Prepare service agreement and contract for clients.
• Order services and coordinate with inside co-worker

Employment requirements:

• Completion of secondary school
• One year’s Customer Service or sales related experience
• Good communication skills, patient, and active listening and feedback
• Excellent sales skills
• Attention to details
• Teamwork abilities
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Email communication
• Self initiate and time management skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Commitment to target
• Well -organized and timely handle documents
• Previous experience in immigration and education services is asset
