** Please Note: This position is not with the County of Lambton. It is with our Community Partner, Township of Warwick. **
Position Overview
Position will be responsible to assist with Customer Service at the Township Office, take payments and provide support for general reception. Work will also include various administrative duties such as research, filing and records management to support operations.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS ARE:
A valid Ontario driver’s license (Class G of G2) preferred
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
- Experience with Customer Service in person and over phone
- Self-starter, dedicated to independent task completion
- Full time student in the past academic year and returning to full time studies in the fall of 2024
- Completed their 2023/2024 school term
A valid Ontario driver’s license (Class G of G2) preferred
- Be between 15 and 30 years of age,
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents or have refugee protection status under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Be able to work days during summer months (Dates subject to change)
