Job Duties
Objective: To provide excellent Customer Service and supply of quality spare parts
- Greeting all customers and vendors by telephone and email.
- Transferring service and sales inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Selling Holder and Kärcher Municipal Branded parts to Dealers, Service Centre’s, and Direct Customers
- Daily review of backorders – following up with customers and vendors to provide updates.
- Maintaining inventory control reports to supervisor
- Assist supervisor with procurement
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills
- Excellent time management skills, i.e. efficient in task prioritizing and multitasking
- Inventory handling experience
- Computer and inventory systems knowledge
- Experience in automotive, tractor, or truck and trailer parts is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
