Customer Service Coordinator
Duties:
Order Management:
- Accurately enter new orders sent via email and electronically
- Collaborates with the Customer Account Representatives for change orders
- Confirming all new and change orders back to the customer
- Track all order changes
- Track purchase orders with issues
- Track that orders are being shipped on their requested ship date
- Track appointments have been scheduled
- Track delivery of orders
- Review proof of deliveries for shortages
- Maintain Customer Service databases
Act as a backup for Sample Requests:
- Fulfill sample requests
- Track sample requests
- Create all documents for shipment of sample requests via FedEx
- Notify requestor when delivery has been made
- Review and approve FedEx invoices
- Request and maintain inventory for sample room

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
