Responsibilities:
- Answer Customer inquiries related to booking appointments and service calls - received from email, phone calls and internal requests
- Contact Customers to follow up on Annual Maintenance on a daily basis, sales related
- Return message via phone and email as required
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide technical support on the phone to aid in assisting corrective action
- Prepare daily paperwork for Technicians in a timely manner
- Complete daily service paperwork in system
- Daily communication with Customers
- Maintain Filing of customer files
- General administrative support to both Sales and Service department
- Projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferred
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail is a must
